Groce to replace O'Shea at Ohio
Ohio University has called a Friday press conference, at which time the school will introduce Ohio State assistant John Groce as its new basketball coach, a source told CBSSports.com on Thursday morning.
Groce is a longtime assistant of Thad Matta and has been a key figure in Ohio State's resurgence. The 36-year-old replaces Tim O'Shea -- who left last week to be the new coach at Bryant University -- and is the 44th man to take a new Division I job this offseason.
At this point, every Division I job is filled.
